We understand that great front-line security begins at our back-end. Our induction procedure covers comprehensive training policies including WHS, Incident Reporting, Manual Handling and PPE.

We conduct regular compliance checks on all certifications, accreditations and licenses carried by our guards to ensure they remain up-to-date. Our fatigue management policy minimises employee burnout and overtime rates.

Our employee enrichment programme ensures longevity and loyalty, offering career paths, specialised training and promotional opportunities. Great people make or break our business, so we take care to screen and hire only the best.

We conduct strict security and background screenings for all our employees. All personnel are screened for impeccable presentation and required to wear readily identifiable ICorp uniforms with ID name badges, suits and ties. All our personnel are in-house employees, never subcontractors.
