Our Event Security team is experienced in managing events of all sizes; from a private party to corporate functions to major sporting events.

Our Event Security Service is available for mass deployments in a single or multiple sites, managed through an efficient Event Management structure with Supervisors and Team Leaders assigned to specific areas of responsibility. Our Event Operations Centre provide support as the central hub of connectivity for our Event Team and the Client, ensuring a streamlined and efficient communication line is always open.

In addition to performing queue management, our trained Crowd Controllers will help enforce any house rules are adhered to by the patrons. They are able to provide first-hand assistance to patrons, direct any queries to the right parties, and liaise with all relevant emergency assistance teams.

Dressed appropriately to suit your event’s environment, our Function Security team are RSA certified and are trained on how to deal with behaviors associated with alcohol consumption in a discreet and courteous manner, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Our Event Security team is well-trained to perform bag checks and wand checks and are vigilant on identifying potential hazards and suspicious behaviors. Specific inductions are provided on what types of materials or behaviors they must be aware of to ensure that no illegal or potentially dangerous goods are brought in.

COVID MARSHALLS

As the first point of contact at the door, our concierge and building security are well-presentable personnel, trained to make clients and guests feel welcome while providing reassuring security presence. This service is suitable for a variety of premises such as office/commercial/residential buildings, healthcare or educational facilities.

Typical Duties

Ensuring COVID Safe protocols are followed, promoting hand hygiene, social distancing and usage of personal protective equipment. They also assist with density capacity management, and are equipped with patrons’ counters.

COVID MARSHALS

Our trained COVID Marshals, who are either Security Officers or Customer Service Officers, will help maintain your business continuity during the pandemic by ensuring that all COVID Safe practices are adhered to, both in an indoor setting or outdoors. The fully competent team has all undergone intensive training that includes certifications in infection control training.
