Our service delivery is underpinned by Active Workforce Pro (AWP), ICORP’s proprietary software that has been developed inhouse since our inception specifically designed for the workforce in the security industry. Our proprietary platform, Active Workforce Pro (AWP), integrates essential functions such as rostering, reporting, NFC-enabled guard patrol tracking, and real-time incident management.All shift logs, incidents, and end-of-shift reports are recorded daily on AWP and are accessible 24/7 to authorised site representatives via the client portal.

AWP comprises a full suite of functions from recruitment and onboarding to workforce management, training and development, compliance management, and reporting platform, providing real-time transparency, operational control, and data driven results. This centralised system automates key processes, reducing human error and improving operational transparency. This customisable system allows ICORP to provide our clients with assurance and excellence in service delivery.We equips our staff with the necessary tools, clearly defined positions, and site-specific SOPs for every location they work at, delivering knowledge transfer through practical, on-site training conducted by authorised senior guards. ICORP will also customise AWP reporting documentation to suit each site’s operational needs, including urgent escalation workflows, access visibility, compliance tracking, and real-time oversight for client management teams. Dedicated Account Managers and Service Delivery Managers are assigned per region, maintaining daily communication with site and client management.

Our guards are equipped with mobile smart devices pre-installed with our AWP software. Featuring push-to-talk capabilities, these devices enable rapid and seamless communication. Guards use them to perform NFC scans during patrols, ensuring verified checkpoint monitoring. NFC patrol integration enables seamless verification of patrol activity across defined areas of interest. They can also report incidents live through the devices, enabling swift response and maintaining operational transparency. Immediate response actions are carried out in line with client expectations and ICORP procedures, with defined escalation pathways to ICORP supervisors and client representatives.

AWP features an integrated e-Learning Management System (LMS) for online guard training, ensuring personnel remain up-to-date with role-specific modules. Our strategy has been constantly evolving utilising strong experience in workforce management and governed systematically with the ability to operate at high volumes for each service type. Another key feature, the Instant Booking System, supports rapid staffing adjustments, offering clients flexibility and responsiveness. LMS induction training is completed by all staff prior to deployment onsite, supported by annual site-specific SOP refresher training for all personnel. Weekly rotational rosters are implemented, with consistent permanent site guards aligned to site operations to maintain familiarity, continuity, and performance standards.

In order to ensure customer satisfaction ICORP undertakes extensive training programs aimed to equip our staff at public engagement, de-escalation and the ability to stay vigilant to minimising disruptions to site operations. Site guards receive additional training, including Fire Warden qualifications where required, and are positioned to support site teams during incidents, evacuations, or emergency situations. Our personnel actively monitor entry and exit points, high-risk zones, and critical operational areas, acting as a visible deterrence and providing reassurance to staff and visitors. Early identification and de-escalation of anti-social or aggressive behaviour is prioritised. For event security, we offer smart counting sensors for precise crowd monitoring and smart walkthrough metal detectors that minimise false alarms while ensuring smooth screening.
