Mixed-Use Apartment Complex (Melbourne CBD)

ICORP has been the trusted security provider for a prominent mixed-use apartment complex in Melbourne CBD since 2019. The complex comprises 7 buildings that include residential highrises, retail space, common facilities (swimming pool / gym / parking) as well as a museum. Our scope of work includes after-hours and day concierge services , attending to tenant requests, and conducting thorough site patrols.

ICORP implemented a new SOP which has been developed specifically for the Client's premises through various surveys, observations and reviews utilising data, analytics and feedback gained from the management, tenants and owners corporation. We also implemented Active Workforce Pro, our state-of-the-art system to streamline workforce management and incident reporting. It also supports live tracking and location verification for site patrols.

Vandalism, mail theft, and public disturbances decreased once the new SOP was implemented. There was a considerable drop in ejections and police involvement, which gave tenants a greater sense of safety and satisfaction. Additionally, we were able to reduce security hours from 24/7 to 16 hours/day while investing in mobile patrol services and advanced technologies for best efficiency.
